About the Role:
Our client is seeking a skilled dentist with at least 3 to 5 years of clinical experience in a busy practice or healthcare setting. As a full-time dentist within the District Health Board, you will play a key role in providing top-quality dental care to a diverse patient population. In addition to treating public sector patients, you will also serve private patients, offering the potential for higher earnings. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive general dentistry services while working alongside a multidisciplinary team that supports the broader healthcare needs of the community. Experience in a public health system or community-based environment is beneficial but not essential. You will have the opportunity to work alongside like-minded professionals in a health board that emphasizes innovation and quality care. Additionally, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of patient cases, as Victoria's healthcare system serves a broad community, offering diverse clinical experiences to help you expand your skills and knowledge.

Key Duties
- Provide general dentistry, including preventative care, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, dental surgery and extractions as well emergency and accident-related dental work
- Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene
- Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures
- Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care
- Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
- Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans
- Forster strong relationships with patients and team members
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice
- Providing a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages.
- Maintaining patient records
- Engaging in continuing education and professional development to stay at the forefront of dental practices and technologies.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
- Willingness to relocate to Australia
- Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
- Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client)
- Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
- Strong experience in general dentistry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
- Experienced dentist with at least 3 to 5 years' experience
- Growth-mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges
