• Preparing and reviewing financial accounts for a varied client base, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
• Managing client relationships, providing tailored advice and guidance
• Preparing tax computations and submitting returns for individuals and businesses
• Supporting junior staff through training, mentoring, and review of their work
• Ensuring compliance with the latest accounting and tax regulations
• Assisting with business development initiatives to grow the firm’s client base

• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in practice accounting and taxation
• Alternatively, 10+ years’ relevant experience without formal qualification will be considered
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax legislation
• Excellent communication skills, with a client-centric approach
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff is advantageous

• £38,000 to £48,000 per annum
