Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their financial needs and objectives.
* Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans covering investments, pensions, tax efficiency, and estate planning.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and maintain high ethical standards.

Qualifications and Skills
* FCA-recognised Level 4 qualification (e.g., DipFA, CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning).
* Proven experience in financial advising or wealth management.
* Strong knowledge of investment products, tax planning strategies, and market dynamics.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
* Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems.
* A degree in finance, economics, or a related field is desirable; certifications such as CFP or CFA are advantageous.
