Based: Field Based Covering North of Scotland

Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are recruiting for our Client, a successful manufacturing organisation based in North of Scotland. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales & Account Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

This role will be a mixture of account management existing Customer accounts and new business generation, developing relationships covering the North of Scotland area.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop relationships with existing customers to increase custom spend
  • Identify and target new customers in line with business market strategy
  • Provide customers with bespoke product solutions depending on their needs
  • Work closely with internal departments including sales, design, planning, production and logistics
  • Exceed customer expectations by working to SLA's
  • Achieve individual sales targets
  • Attend regular sales team meetings

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:

  • Previous sales &/or account management experience ideally within manufacturing, supply chain, FMCG markets
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • The desire to generate new business opportunities
  • A proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confident IT skills including MS Office - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
