Small but successful family run business, looking for a bookkeeper to join their Broughty Ferry based team on a 10hr permanent contract.

10hrs per week to be worked between the hours of 9-5 M-F

£15 - £16 per hour depending on experience

Working fully office based, home working is not available for this role

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Purchase ledger
  • Sales ledger
  • Bank reconcilitaions
  • Raising POs
  • Invoice management
  • Expense processing
  • Payroll
  • VAT returns
  • Managing energy suppliers
  • Populating sales spreadsheets for forceasting and budgetting
  • End of quarter accounts
  • Systems used with be Sage Accounting
  • Main point of contact for the external Accountant

What makes you the perfect candidate for the job:

  • Bookkeeping experience
  • Sage Accounting systems experience preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work well in a small team
  • High attention to detail
  • Good sense of humour
