Small but successful family run business, looking for a bookkeeper to join their Broughty Ferry based team on a 10hr permanent contract.
10hrs per week to be worked between the hours of 9-5 M-F
15 - 16 per hour depending on experience
Working fully office based, home working is not available for this role
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Purchase ledger
- Sales ledger
- Bank reconcilitaions
- Raising POs
- Invoice management
- Expense processing
- Payroll
- VAT returns
- Managing energy suppliers
- Populating sales spreadsheets for forceasting and budgetting
- End of quarter accounts
- Systems used with be Sage Accounting
- Main point of contact for the external Accountant
What makes you the perfect candidate for the job:
- Bookkeeping experience
- Sage Accounting systems experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to work well in a small team
- High attention to detail
- Good sense of humour
