We Are Hiring a Car Sales Executive!
Our client, a well-established automotive dealership group, is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive, you will be an integral part of the sales team, reporting to the Sales Manager. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Achieving monthly sales targets for new, used, and demo vehicles, as well as finance and insurance income.
- Conducting accurate vehicle appraisals and maintaining high presentation standards for all company vehicles.
- Managing online vehicle listings to ensure maximum customer engagement and visibility.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to optimise sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and generating performance reports for management review.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven sales experience within the automotive sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- A valid UK driving license.
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience in vehicle appraisals and online automotive marketing.
- Knowledge of finance and insurance products.
- Familiarity with online vehicle listing platforms.
