Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking for your next challenge? We're recruiting for a talented Contracts Manager to join a leading civil engineering contractor based in Dundee. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee multiple high-profile projects, drive operational excellence, and play a key role in the growth of a well-respected regional company. Role Overview:As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple civil engineering and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You'll work closely with clients, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations and the successful delivery of projects, all while upholding a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multiple projects. - Ensure all projects meet contractual, financial, and quality requirements. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners. - Monitor project performance, implementing improvements and solutions as needed. - Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and site teams. - Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation across projects. Requirements:- Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. - Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role within the civil engineering or infrastructure sector. - Strong knowledge of contract management, construction methods, and industry standards. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. - A thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental practices in a construction setting.
