Duties for a Service Advisor/Administrator:
* Service incoming calls, make bookings and call customers to keep them updated with the progress of their vehicle repair & checking with technicians as to the status of the work
* Dealing with manufacturers regarding parts, following through the parts ordering processing from an admin perspective as well as updating the customer on timeline of repair and parts delivery
* Pricing parts and labour for jobs and handling estimates for insurance work repairs and the claim handling/claim completion process including invoicing
* Updating internal systems
* Coordinating the workshop diary
* Monitoring progress on jobs and confidently chasing up delays when needed
* Dealing with customer complaints where required

The ideal candidate will be customer service focused, have excellent organisational and IT skills to ensure both the admin as well as the customer service elements of the role are covered.
