Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with deadlines and delivering high-quality service.
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax returns.
- Overseeing and mentoring junior team members, supporting their development.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance client services and improve efficiencies.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with post-qualification experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.
