Are you an Engineering Manager / Engineering Supervisor, looking to take the next step of your career and take the lead of a fast-paced manufacturing site where you will have autonomous control of the Engineering department.

You will be responsible for managing the Engineering department, overseeing engineering projects and maintenance schedules, dealing with contractors, and ensuring the plant runs efficiently. This role combines hands-on involvement with management responsibilities.

This position would suit a Mechanical Engineer with management experience who is looking to take the next step in their career in an autonomous and highly rewarding role, taking control of the Engineering and Maintenance department.

The Role:

• Taking the lead of the Engineering department at a large site
• Managing engineering projects, maintenance plans, and PPM schedules
• Monday to Friday (Days)

The Candidate:

• Experienced in managing a team of engineers
• Mechanical Engineering background
• Looking to take the lead in a busy manufacturing company
