This company is a leader in refurbs and repairs of turbines in a variety of industries. They have amassed a successful reputation across several sectors and are currently in a phase of growth. They are seeking a CI & QC Supervisor to join their growing Dundee site.

In this dual based role, you'll be responsible managing a team of NDT/Inspectors in a variety of things including relationship management, disciplinary, holiday management etc.. The half of the role will focus on the CI & QC of their engineering performance, You'll define QC requirements, documentation and monitor this performance using CI standards to drive this.

THE ROLE:
*People management of NDT/Inspector team - disciplinaries, reviews, holidays, relationship management
*Improving QC performance, using CI methods to drive this
*Defining quality requirements for production performance
*Training & development

THE PERSON:
*Experience with People Management (Team Leader, Supervisor, Manager levels)
*Previous experience in a Quality or Continuous Improvement role
*Candidate ideally from a Engineering/Manufacturing environment
*Must have experience working to ISO9001
