- System management including data entry, updates and data integrity maintenance.
- Auditng HR Data for accuracy and consistency.
- Troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Aligning HRIS with data protection compliance.
- Previous role in HR Analytics or HRIS
- Previous experience in iTrent (if not, this is fine however iTrent would be advantageous)
- Understanding of HR processes
- Understanding of data protection compliance.
