Job Profile

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and providing a high level of service to both landlords and tenants. You will be the main point of contact for key corporate accounts, handling new business leads, and proactively identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and optimise property portfolios.

Duties:
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with property management regulations.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new properties and ensure a smooth transition for landlords and tenants.
  • Conduct routine property inspections every six months and address any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for property maintenance, refurbishment, and renovation during inspections.
  • Review rental applications with landlords and assist with processing successful applicants.
  • Monitor rents and provide advice on adjusting them ahead of remarketing properties.
  • Send weekly Property Performance Reports to landlords for properties on the market.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key corporate accounts, ensuring exceptional service and maximising new business potential.
  • Pitch and convert new business leads, acting as the main point of contact for corporate clients.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and ways to optimise property portfolios to enhance value for clients.

Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Property Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ideally ARLA qualified.
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of properties and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on providing solutions and optimising asset management.
  • Confident in handling difficult conversations with clients or tenants when necessary.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and tenants.
  • Valid drivers licence for property visits and viewings.

Hours of Work:
  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday (exact hours can be discussed)
