We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by combining your passion for recruitment with a focus on developing relationships and winning new business.
Key responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the industry
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts
- Managing the full recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement
- Conducting interviews and selecting candidates who meet the needs of our clients
- Ensuring high quality service delivery whilst achieving KPI's and targets
- Contributing to the growth and success of the branch
What we're looking for:
- A dynamic and motivated individual with a proven track record in recruitment, business development, or sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- The ability to thrive in a fast paced, results driven environment
The successful candidate will hold a full UK driving licence.
