The Role:

  • Supporting clients during the life of the facility taking ownership and the lead for management of own portfolios.
  • Management of the Portfolio Executive to ensure that all day-to-day administrative tasks are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Nurture and protect clients identified with clear action plans for generating new business and managing risk.
  • Work closely with the BD team to successfully onboard clients, assisting with the pay out of facilities with solicitors.

The Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all portfolio reviews are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Use Power BI with action plans to be formalised 3months prior to a facility expiring.
  • Take ownership for the collation of client documentation using the Portfolio Executive as support.
  • Supporting the client journey liaising with multiple stakeholders both internal & external e.g., solicitors, accountants, introducers etc Ensure payments by DD represent >90% of own portfolio.
  • Monitoring and management of risk on own portfolio (financial and general compliance).
  • Adopt a right first-time approach to data entry and reporting across the core operating systems and the portal.
  • Ensure that there is collaboration with the Portfolio.
  • Executive in this area.
  • Take the lead in monthly portfolio reviews and have ownership of individual portfolios with specific focus around the nurture and protect process.
  • Promptly report any red flags or EWI's and use of dynamic risk ratings.
  • Ability to capture buildings insurance documents, monitoring expiry dates and engaging clients in renewals on own portfolio.
  • Take the lead with the management of the Portfolio Executive.
