This is a hybrid role with excellent flexibility.
As a Recruitment Consultant for this business, you will report into 2 high performing billing Directors who lead from the front and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in their sectors. Key duties will include:
- Business development, creating new working partnerships and securing new opportunities
- Creating and developing relationships with clients and candidates to establish a trusted working relationship
- Ensuring you continually update your knowledge of the Construction sector, particularly Civil Engineering to enable you to make informed business decisions
- Meeting and exceeding your revenue generation target
- Working with colleagues to cross sell each area of business to maximise opportunity and revenue for the overall business.
