Our new startup engineering client, which has established a base in Dunfermline with support from overseas owners and significant capital investment, is seeking to hire a Business Coordinator. This role is pivotal in facilitating the engineering and operations teams to focus on developing processes, installing equipment, and engaging with customers.

This is an exceptional opportunity that rarely arises, encompassing various responsibilities:

- Organising and coordinating office operations and procedures.
- Collaborating with the external HR Business partner to manage all HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Working alongside the company accountants to oversee budgeting and financial reporting.
- Aiding in the development of business strategies and procedures to foster growth.
- Ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and company policies in all activities.
- Overseeing the management of the building and external contractors.
- Establishing a strong connection with the local council and pertinent government bodies.
- Assisting in the implementation of the ERP project.

We are in search of an outstanding organiser who will represent the organisation locally. The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing multiple tasks and possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience in manufacturing is ideal, but we are open to candidates from various backgrounds, as the key is the individual's capability to effectively get things done. This position offers hybrid working arrangements and excellent benefits.
