Your new company is a leading player in the electrical industry, specialising in the design and manufacture of high-quality LV Switchgear. Established in 2012 and headquartered in Northern Ireland, this company has built a strong reputation for delivering premium systems and products. With a significant portion of their business stemming from export orders, they have a broad reach throughout the UK, Ireland, and beyond.

Your new role will see you joining the existing team of panel builders, where you will be responsible for assembling and wiring electrical control panels as per instructions and control panel drawings provided. Your duties will include laying out electrical control panel backplates with components, assembling and labelling all components, wiring mains and control cables, completing pre-checks and relevant testing documentation, and modifying drawings if any changes occur during the build process. You will also ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures and perform any other duties as reasonably required.

What you'll need to succeed is at least 1 year of experience working in a panel building workshop, the ability to navigate and interpret CAD drawings, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, handle pressure effectively, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
