Astute's Renewables team is exclusively partnering with a leading renewable energy provider that specialise in development and operation of Anaerobic Digestion plants across the UK and NI. To recruit a Regional Sales Manager based around their Dungannon site.

The strategically important Regional Sales Manager role comes with a salary of up to 50,000, plus car allowance, excellent company benefits and hybrid working.

Responsibilities and duties

Reporting to the Head of Commercial you will:

  • Promote a strong Health, Safety, and Environmental culture, ensuring a duty of care for yourself and colleagues.
  • Utilise the CRM system to track leads, quotations, and contracts-full training will be provided.
  • Proactively build, develop, and manage a strong sales pipeline, identifying both regional and national business opportunities.
  • Drive the development and execution of the annual business plan and strategy while contributing to budget planning.
  • Create networking opportunities within the commercial & industrial (C&I) sector to generate new business prospects.
  • Effectively manage travel and meeting schedules to optimise time and maximise productivity.
  • Conduct professional client meetings, gaining a deep understanding of customer needs to maximize sales potential.



Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

  • Degree or equivalent in business development, environmental science, renewable energy, waste management, or a related field would be desirable.
  • Previous experience in the organic waste industry, including food waste, agricultural waste, anaerobic digestion, composting, or biogas production.
  • A strong understanding of industry regulations, waste processing technologies, and sustainable waste management practices is highly desirable.
  • Proven sales experience working in a fast-paced environment with a keen desire to meet targets
  • Full UK Licence.

  • Able to autonomously and effectively plan and manage workload.
