You will coordinate with clients and suppliers, conduct site visits to assess progress and quality, and oversee subcontractor accounts. Working closely with Contracts Managers and site teams, you will drive project success while maintaining strong client relationships and high commercial standards.
This role would suit a Junior/Graduate Quantity Surveyor looking to further their skills within a leading construction company that offers lots of training, a great working environment and have a culture or promoting within.
The Role:
- Manage subcontractor appointments and project costs.
- Handle valuations, variations, and commercial matters.
- Ensure budget compliance and provide cost reports.
