I am looking for sheet metal fabricator to join a precision engineering company near Great Dunmow. You will have experience operating metal machines and in return will be offered a great salary and the chance to work on some great projects.
The company are a well established firm that work across different disciplines such as aerospace and medical sectors. They will be offering a starting salary of between £14-18ph depending on experience level. Working hours are 07:30-16:30 Monday to Friday and overtime is paid at 1.33x.
You will be based in the workshop using various power tools and machines to help fabricate products.
Duties include:
- Using Brake Presses, laser machines and other related machines
- Able to work with mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel
- Work from technical drawings
- Drilling, tapping, sawing and using power tools
If you have some fabrication experience but haven’t worked with all the listed machinery before, then please apply as some training can be provided as long as you have some fabrication experience and are able to work from drawings.
