This ideal for someone who has worked in the Logistics industry but wants a change and is happy make phone calls, network, go on sales meetings and learn how to create relationships with clients.

In a nutshell, we specialise in the recruitment of Retail workers, Drivers, Warehouse staff and Permanent Office staff.

About The Role

This role will involve working Monday to Friday Hybrid role based in our Dunstable office 2 days per week with travel required across the region as necessary in the week to meet the clients demands and Needs. You will be supporting our Bookings department by gaining new clients for Enroute to provide temporary staffing to. This will involve creating new relationships, setting up and attending new business client meetings across the region.

You will receive all the tools to do the job and make a success out of it, Mileage paid for when attending meetings, all the training you could need to make yourself successful in this role. It comes down to you and how much you want it.

The ideal candidate should have:

A proactive and positive attitude

Good communications skills to ensure smooth communication with new and existing clients and candidates

A full UK driving licence with own vehicle

Amazing IT Skills and competent with Excel, Outlook, and a CRM system

An ability to be organised and punctual.

A willingness to learn new skills

A focused and target driven attitude

The ability to be a team player
