Job Overview:

Apache Associates is seeking a motivated and dynamic Part-Time IT Business Developer to join our team on a term-time contract. This role is perfect for individuals looking to balance work with school term commitments. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving sales growth while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate leads.
  • Prospect Qualification: Qualify outbound leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and how our services can provide solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up and tracking of all leads.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with new clients, providing information on our services, and answering any queries they may have.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline updates, and any challenges or opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous IT Business Development Experience: Experience in Telesales Sales Development.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive individual who can work independently and manage time efficiently during school hours (4-5 hours per day, depending on availability)
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and other sales-related technology.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Availability: Ability to work during school term time.
