About Us

We are currently working with our client based in Dunstable who are looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their expanding team.

Job Description

As a Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting operational efficiency. You will work closely with drivers, maintenance teams, and management to optimise fleet performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of fleet vehicles, including registrations, insurance, servicing, and repairs.
  • Schedule and track vehicle maintenance and servicing to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and operational costs to identify areas for efficiency improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fleet administration, logistics, or a related role who be an advantage, but not essential as training will be given
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Understanding of vehicle maintenance schedules and regulatory requirements.
