Tradewind are currently partnered with a growing SEN school in Dunstable who are looking to add a fantastic teacher to their team after the Easter Break.
The school currently has around 30 students with a range of different SEN needs with plans to increase capacity to over 80 over the coming years. They are looking for teachers to join them on this journey who share their ethos and can make a real impact for years to come.
Our school is looking for a passionate teacher who can build rapport easily with students and staff alike.
You will be joining a team of capable students with a range of different needs. You will need to be patient, caring and willing to invest in long-term relationships.
These roles will be temporary in the first instance but for the strongest candidates, you will often be offered a permanent role with our partner schools.
