Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting valuations, inspections and coordinating maintenance work
• Managing rental income and ensuring timely payments
• Keeping up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Lettings & Property Management or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
• Knowledge of property law and regulations
• Proficiency in property management software
