We at Simply Education are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Year 6 Teacher to join our vibrant primary school community in Luton. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on our students' learning journey while covering a maternity leave position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality lessons across the Year 6 curriculum
- Supporting pupils in preparing for SATs and end-of-year assessments
- Planning, assessing, and adapting lessons to meet the needs of all learners
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Working closely with parents, staff, and leadership to support pupil progress
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- A recognised teaching qualification (QTS)
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting (Year 6 experience desirable)
- A passion for engaging and inspiring students
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate learning
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
