Graduate SEN TA - Specialist SEN Provision - Dunstable - Temp to Perm

Are you a recent graduate who is considering a career in education? Do you have a keen interest in supporting children with additional needs?

Tradewind are currently working closely with an Outstanding SEN provision in Dunstable who are looking for a Graduate TA to join them on a full-time basis. This role is term time only between the hours of 8:45-3:15 each day. No prior experience is necessary but the school are looking for people with a can-do attitude who come to school every day with a willingness to learn and commitment to making a difference. For the strongest candidates, this could lead to full-time employment with the school.

Children at this school have a range of learning needs including ASD, Anxiety and communication needs. Our partner school are looking for people who can make break down barriers with their children and build a strong and lasting bond with them. You will be given on the job training to ensure you are constantly improving your ability to support the children effectively.
