Robertson Bell are supporting a reputable Property Company to recruit an Interim Property Finance Officer on a three-month contract, with a highly likely possibility to be extended. The head office is based in Durham and is ideal for someone looking to join an excellent team and environment!

The Interim Property Finance Officer’s main responsibilities will include:

-          Ensuring that rent uplifts are brought fully into payment in a timely manner

-          Running the end-to-end process of tenant queries

-          Supporting the calculation and setting of rents and service charges on an annual basis ensuring compliance with regulation

The successful Property Interim Finance Officer’s must:

-          Be experienced working within the Housing/Property sector

-          Must have strong experience working in a finance team

-          Be able to get to the Durham office regularly  

-          Have exceptional customer service skills
