Job Title: Architect
Location: Durham
Salary: £35,000- 48,000 dependent on experience

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Architect to join a growing and friendly practice in Durham.

The successful Architect will have a few years of post-qualification experience being proficient in Revit, with experience across a range of projects.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:
- ARB Registered
- Upwards of 5 years of post qualification experience in a UK based architectural practice
- Strong technical abilities
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Job running experience
- Be able to work well within a team environment as well as independently
- Diverse portfolio of projects in a range of sectors
- Experience across small - large scale projects
- Attentiveness to detail
- Driven to keep up to date with latest software, designs and environmental issues
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ideally you will live locally to the Durham area
