Job Title: Architectural Technologist

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning multidisciplinary architectural practice who have recently taken on a range of exciting projects across various sectors. They are on the lookout for a highly experienced Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running on a range of high-profile projects for their team in their Durham office.
To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technologist, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years post architectural technology degree completion within a UK practice. The successful individual will need a broad range of experience across various sectors and be able to demonstrate proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in a UK practice
- Relevant degree within architectural technology
- CIAT registered
- Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
- Good experience across a range of sectors or sector specialist project knowledge
- Good experience in technical detailing for architectural projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and technical skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
