They are on the lookout for a highly experienced Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running on a range of high-profile projects for their team in their Durham office.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technologist, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years post architectural technology degree completion within a UK practice. The successful individual will need a broad range of experience across various sectors and be able to demonstrate proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in a UK practice
Relevant degree within architectural technology
CIAT registered
Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
Good experience across a range of sectors or sector specialist project knowledge
Good experience in technical detailing for architectural projects
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and technical skills
Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
