Young Persons Support Worker In the Community

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Outreach Support Workers to join our team and make a significant difference to the lives of children and their families. We require support workers for the community in and around the Northeast.
As an Outreach Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing specialised support and guidance to children, with a number of different needs including Autism, ADHD, and Learning Difficulties. Your primary responsibility will involve building relationships, offering tailored emotional support, and empowering the young people to navigate their circumstances positively within the community.
Support should be offering choice, advocating for and hearing the child's wishes and feelings, support development and achieving while maintaining safety of the child and overcoming barriers!
Qualifications and Skills:
12 Months previous experience in a similar role
A valid driver's license and business insurance.
