We have an exciting opening for a Service Manager in Newcastle/Gateshead. If you have experience leading teams that support vulnerable children, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of people, including 1-1 supervision
- Service delivery
- Leading the recruitment, training, and personal development of service staff
- Monitoring and managing expenditure against agreed budgets
- Safeguarding vulnerable children
- Conducting risk assessments
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ideally, a qualification in leadership or management, or a relevant professional qualification in the field of health, social care, or youth work
