The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, building long-term relationships, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction while leveraging CRM tools to optimise service delivery and support.Key Responsibilities:Account Management: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring the highest levels of service and satisfaction.Customer Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.CRM System Utilisation: Utilise the company's CRM system to track customer interactions, manage service requests, and ensure data accuracy.Issue Resolution: Respond quickly and professionally to customer queries, complaints, and service requests. Proactively resolve any issues and escalate when necessary.Reporting & Analytics: Use CRM data to analyse customer trends, preferences, and needs. Provide regular reports on account status and potential opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling.Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve customer service processes and work-flows, using CRM insights to recommend solutions.Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and align on business goals.Key Skills & Qualifications:* Proven experience in customer service or account management, ideally with experience in a CRM-driven environment.* Proficient in using CRM software* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage difficult situations calmly and effectively.* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.* A proactive approach with the ability to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.* Knowledge of CRM best practices and the ability to optimise CRM tools for improved service delivery.
