The People Experience team works hard to ensure that our past, present and potential employees have an inspiring, challenging and fulfilling working experience. The People Experience team is made up of Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, People Operations and Learning. Together they design, develop, and deliver an employee journey that represents Atom and its strong values.
As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting various Talent Acquisition activities including candidate management, facilitation and coordination of interviews and managing a shared inbox whilst ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
You’ll line into Talent Acquisition Lead and provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Partner whilst having the opportunity to input into our Employer Branding, Assessment Centres, Events and much more.
You will also:
- Provide initial application screening
- Coordinate and provide ongoing support to the delivery of Atom’s Early Careers programmes.
- Co-ordinate onboarding and induction of early talent into Atom and onto their relevant development programmes.
- Review job adverts and social media posts, and Atom’s career site, both internal and external, is up to date with current live vacancies.
- Participate in interviews with the specific aim of assessing the candidates cultural fit to Atom Bank
- Manage and run operational and administrative aspects of boot camp/assessment centre recruitment processes
- Contribute to the production of recruitment MI ensuring accuracy in all data and reporting.
What do we need from you?
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Experience within recruitment, ideally as a coordinator or support role.
- Be pro-active with an adaptable approach.
- Ability to manage and understand management information.
- Microsoft Office/G Suite skills.
- Ability to perform in a time pressured environment.
- Personable and confident in the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
