Multi Trade Plumber

Our well-known Social Housing, Property Maintenance Client is currently looking to hire anexperienced Multi Trade Plumber for a permanent position.

In this role, you will be working on tenanted social housing properties, ensuring the maintenance and reactive repair tasks are carried out to a high standard.

• 23 days holiday (Plus Bank Holidays)
• 8am to 5:00pm (40per week)
• Van & Fuel Card Supplied

Duties:

• Reactive maintenance work
• Repair / Replace external cold-water gutter and drainage systems
• Clear blocked Drains and Toilets
• Install, Repair / Replace hot & cold-water supplies & draining systems..

Requirements:

• Experience: Plumbing & social housing
• NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent in equivalent trade
• Passport/Right to Work
• Clean DBS Certificate
• age system.
• Driving Licence (Up to 6 points is allowed)
