Our client is seeking an experienced Vinyl Floor Layer for long-term social housing projects in the North East area.
The role involves installing vinyl flooring in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring proper loading of materials, and liaising with clients and site managers.
Candidates must possess a CSCS card, have their own transport, and hold a full UK driving license, along with asbestos awareness and manual handling certifications.
Experience in laying vinyl flooring, particularly in wet rooms, is essential, and candidates should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
The salary for this position is negotiable based on experience.
