Service Team Leader - Service Manager - Public Health, Community Health, Smoking Cessation. Health Improvement, Health Coaching.Durham.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growth national healthcare business in a newly created leadership position.

You will be an experienced team manager, with the ability to motivate, encourage, develop and drive a busy, high-performing team. Ideally you will have some form of healthcare experience, as this will be leading a team of smoking cessation practitioners working across various community settings in the Durham region. Any experience gained leading teams which are in community settings, commissioned services, or delivery of care services generally would be of benefit.

Your excellent communication skills will allow you to develop solid relationships with external parties such as commissioners, referral partners such as primary care organisations, charities, voluntary groups and other health providers. You will be able to analyse and monitor performance, and troubleshoot areas that need addressing, whilst looking for innovative ways for continuous improvement and service development.

You will have the full support of the senior management team, with the backing of a marketing team, back office support, and the benefit of the excellent reputation of the organisation.
