Job Brief



You will be working as part of a team with the Customer Service Executives and Business Development Managers to support and drive sales growth. The goal is to help the company achieve sales growth by developing new business from existing clients and actively seeking new sales opportunities.



Responsibilities



  • Selling the service-based solutions to potential new customers



  • Send emails to customers, including relevant product literature, brochures, and other marketing campaign materials



  • Consistently build a sustainable pipeline of both run rate and larger sales opportunities, creating a referral if necessary to the Business Development Manager's



  • Achieve and exceed Monthly and Annual Sales, New Accounts, and other growth targets.



  • Proactively contact and engage with customers, with the aim to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships/partnerships across the customer network



  • Communication with customers via emails, calls, and marketing campaigns



  • Address customer concerns and questions and overcome potential roadblocks in the sales cycle



  • Use product knowledge to showcase the range of solutions that we can offer and up-sell/cross-sell when the opportunity arises



  • Create activities, opportunities and quotes using a CRM whilst effectively utilising CRM as a sales tool



  • Daily updating of CRM to maintain accurate opportunity forecasts, details of progress/plans including past activity



  • Demonstrate an understanding of current/emerging legislation and the industry and understand how this can influence business strategy



  • Work with colleagues to ensure that admin is managed efficiently therefore providing customers with an excellent customer experience



Role Responsibilities



  • Proven success in a Sales roles



  • Computer literate with experience of CRM software and MS Office



  • Proven ability to juggle multiple customer enquiries, while maintaining sharp attention to detail



  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities



  • Strong verbal and written communication skills



  • Educated to a minimum of GCSE Level C / Grade 4 or equivalent
