Job OpportunityLitigation Lawyer Location - County Durham A well-established law firm is seeking to recruit a talented and motivated Litigation Lawyer to join their busy and expanding dispute resolution team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced Partners, Associates, and junior team members, providing efficient and reliable support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.The Role:As part of this growing team, you will be responsible for advising a diverse range of clients, including individuals, SMEs, and large organisations, on complex and high-value multi-track cases. A particular interest in probate litigation would be an advantage, though not essential. The team approaches their work with an open mind, accepting instructions from various sources and adapting to the specific needs of each case.In this role, you will be tasked with delivering exceptional client care, maintaining clear communication, and managing your caseload efficiently. Experience using case management systems would be beneficial, along with a strong command of IT and excellent organisational skills.Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on complex dispute resolution matters, with a focus on multi-track cases.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across different teams within the firm.
  • Managing a diverse range of cases, including probate litigation (desirable but not essential).
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and the wider professional community.
  • Demonstrating proactive management of your workload and ongoing professional development.
