Site Manager

Albion Search are currently working with a regional civil engineering and groundworks contractor to appoint 2x Site Managers for developments across the North East.

The works are predominantly on residential developments, managing the roads & sewers and plot works. The ideal candidate will have experience in the above taking projects from inception through to client handover.

Roles & Responsibilities

• H&S
• Managing programmes
• QA
• Managing trades & site teams
• Inductions
• Contracts Manager/Director updates
• Progress reports
• Liaison with the main contractor/developer

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, along with the above relevant experience in managing residential groundworks packages.
