The Office Manager ensures smooth operations within the office by managing administrative functions, supervising office staff, and maintaining a productive workplace environment. This role requires excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills to manage office functions effectively and support broader company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Oversee company records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Implement and manage office policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, providing training and mentorship as needed.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and address team issues promptly.
  • Ensure staff schedules meet operational needs and manage time-off requests.
  • Manage office budget, including expense tracking and invoice processing.
  • Handle relationships, negotiating contracts and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance for payroll, benefits, and recruitment coordination.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communications and scheduling.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Organise and manage company events, meetings, and presentations.
  • Ensure the office complies with relevant health and safety regulations.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in office management or a similar role.
