Are you a CAS Adviser, looking to manage and develop an existing client bank of complex and HNW clients?Perhaps you’re looking for a Trainee Adviser opportunity, after achieving DipPFS and have previously worked within either Mortgage sales, paraplanning or compliance, to develop your technical knowledge.We are delighted to be recruiting for Financial Adviser (or Trainee Adviser) for our client in the Durham/North East area. This is a unique opportunity to work with a HNW and complex business, with exceptionally high FUM. Product areas include pensions, investments - some VCT/EIS, lots of family trust work, inter-generational planning and protection. A basic salary with generous bonus structure is on offer and there will also be a future opportunity to buy into the business, if desired.For Trainee Advisers, you will benefit not only from the support of the existing Adviser, but from a retiring Director (hugely successful Adviser), who will mentor you and share his invaluable knowledge and experience. Additionally, there are established clear processes and systems in place to guide you further.The role will see you working alongside the existing Adviser and you’ll benefit from full back-office support. The existing clients will be shared and you will conduct reviews and develop new business from those existing clients.

Qualifications:

DipPFS (or equivalent) is essential with the desire to attain Chartered status

Candidate Requirements:

The successful candidate will be recruited on their attitude i.e. someone who will always go 'the extra mile’ to look after their clients and is able to build solid relationships easily. A good sense of humour, resilience, with a down to earth approach is also required. Individuals must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, in order to portray the high standards of the company. A full UK driving licence with own vehicle is essential.
