Empowering learning are working with several Alternative Provisions and PRU's in the Durham area who are in need of Mental Health Support Workers.

The schools are requiring an individual who is-

Person centred,

Available to work 5 days a week Monday to Friday 8.00 till 16.00.

Can support students with education support plans (EHCP's)

Able to de escalate situations as they may arise

A calm and resilient person who is able to engage the students with the love of learning

To be a role model and support mechanism
