Job Description:Are you a dedicated social worker with experience in supporting children and young people?In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of children in care, ensuring their needs are met, and working towards securing positive outcomes for their future.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of children and young people in care.
  • Developing, reviewing, and implementing care plans that promote safety, well-being, and stability.
  • Building strong relationships with children, their families, and foster carers to understand their needs and advocate on their behalf.
  • Collaborating with multi-agency teams to deliver coordinated care and interventions.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children in care or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of child protection legislation and care standards.
