Location: Dursley, Gloucestershire
Salary: Up to £26,000 - £32,000
Hours: 9:00am – 17:00pm
As a Telesales Executive, you will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and webchat. Your role will involve promptly and professionally addressing all inquiries, actively driving and expanding sales by reaching out to new and existing businesses, and attending face-to-face meetings both on and off – site.
Key Responsibilities of a Telesales Executive:
- Engaging with customers over the phone, in person, via email, and live web chats.
- Providing quotes.
- Processing customer orders, including web orders.
- Conducting product research and identification.
- Visiting customers.
- Addressing customer queries and resolving issues.
- Performing sales analysis as required.
- Contributing to the development of the UK construction machinery market.
- Using CRM to follow and report on weekly KPIs.
- Answering incoming calls.
Key Skills of a Telesales Executive:
- Must hold a valid UK driving license.
- Experience in an office environment within a busy, fast-paced, and dynamic setting.
- Team collaboration experience.
- Experience working with demanding timescales.
- Strong IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to self-manage and work independently.
