Description
The Night Warehouse Manager will be responsible for;
- Manage, direct, and coordinate the activities of the warehouse team.
- Ensure the efficient and timely processing of inventory and coordination of warehouse functions.
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to the warehouse team.
- Maintain adherence to health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics for shipping and receiving.
- Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised and safe at all times.
Profile
A successful Night Warehouse Shift Manager should have:
- A degree in a related field such as Business, Logistics or Industrial Management.
- Proven experience in a warehouse lead role managing all aspects of a warehouse operation.
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organisational control of warehouse operations and staff.
- Commutable to Dursley daily
- This role will be covering the Night shift - Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm - 06:30am
