This will be a varied role and will include the following duties
-General administrator work
-Contract administration
-Liaison with contractors to book appointments
-Scheduling appointments for trades staff
-Logging of property information on Excel and specialist databases
Candidates should be an excellent communicator with good IT skills. Must work well in a team environment. Experience in a construction, property or housing sector would be advantageous, but not essential.
